Cadru legislativ privind protecţia monumentelor de arhitectură în Republica Moldova şi in alte state

Abstract

The legislative framework for the protection of cultural-historical heritage of Moldova contains a series of laws. Planning and research of heritage began in the late ‘70s of last century. In 1993 was compiled "The register of Monuments of History and Culture of the Republic of Moldova", but was published only in 2010. In this period many monuments of national importance were destroyed, as well as of local importance, that initially could be found in the registry. Thus, in the legislation there is a series of normative acts that complement each other, only the interaction between them remains to be done efficiently.
