Abstract:
Information provision in the planning and planning of rural areas is the most costly and time-consuming part of the process. The authors analyze the possibilities for making these activities more eficient and it is proposed to use databases in the real estate cadaster as primary information that reflects the location, the quantitative and qualitative characteristics of the lands and constructions as well as their legal aspect. It mentions the mutual connection and the common purpose oriented towards the rational use of real estate and natural capital in the sustainable development of the countryside of the Republic of Moldova.
