dc.description.abstract	It is impossible to imagine a city where nothing moves. The necessity of traveling is one of the main engines of urban life. Much of the resources, efforts and infrastructure of any city come to meet this need. Mobility is one of the main elements of a modern city. Every man seeks to get from one place to another as quickly, comfortably and cheaper. Time, comfort, and travel costs are criteria that determine whether a city is comfortable or not.	en_US
