Rolul statului în asigurări – un reper al dezvoltării relaţiilor economice internaţionale

Abstract

As a result of the development the insurance market became in many countries to one of the basic independent sectors of national economy. Proceeding their importance of the given sector of economy, the state intervention which will be shown through research of a financial situation and solvency, and also by an estimation of contract obligations taken on itself the insurer is necessary. In given article the basic purposes and methods of regulation of the insurance market from the state, and also its influence on development of the international economic relations are examined.
