dc.description.abstract	The Local Urbanism Regulations of an area aims to achieve the efficient application of the guiding principles of urbanism, to lead to a complex and strategic development of the town. In the process of the implementation of the Local Urban Regulations of Chisinau, were found many nonconformities with the real situation in the city, in accordance with historical urban traditions as well as with the law. The implimentation of these rules will ensure a high comfort and a level of safety similar to European residential areas standards.	en_US
