dc.description.abstract This paper reports the numerical results on the synchronization features of a chaotic quantum dot semiconductor laser. The dynamic behavior is studied in terms of the Bloch equations model. Optimum conditions for chaotic operation are found. The synchronization of two unidirectional-coupled (master-slave) systems and the effect of parameter mismatch on the synchronization quality are studied. en_US
