dc.description.abstract The paper discusses some aspects of the design of residential and public buildings, taking into account the effective use of thermal energy in accordance with applicable building codes and regulations in the Republic of Moldova. This article presents the results of calculations for energy-efficient 5-storey residential building with a bookstore, a pharmacy and a post office in the city of Chisinau (energy efficiency class A). en_US
