Abstract:
Man has continuously shown a major interest in knowledge surrounding nature, which, consciously or not, and it wanted to enslave. The process of understanding was never was complete / true / perfect. Through direct and indirect observations of nature, man has found various issues, tried to understand various functional mechanisms and, where observations made did not permit understanding of, imagined, comparing different situations, different aspects checked, experienced different situations, created models, of simple at first and then more and more complex. The paper presents a brief history of the evolution of global models of development of society, justifies the need for a paradigm shift leading to a model of social development with multiple potential applications evolutionary and developmental strategies, including urban development.
