dc.description.abstract This paper addresses the theme mentioned in the title from 2 main perspectives: the quality of used materials and asphalt mixtures preparation technology with modified bitumen. As any other study or research, it begins with description of state of the art situation in the field and especially the use of modified bitumen with Mac-powder. Mac powder is a new material used for bitumen modification. The bitumen is obtained by dissolving the powder of a composition Mac-containing complex including polymers. Mac bitumen dissolved cold asphalt mixes made more stable. By studying the problem of quality assessment were carried out investigations necessary to determine the physico-mechanical sample mix asphalt "hot" and "cold". en_US
