Изучение спектров люминесценции лазерных диодов

Abstract

În lucrarea de master sunt studiate caracteristicile principale ale surselor de radiaţie (diode laser, lasere de injecţie) şi emisia de radiaţii din volumul semiconductorilor. În primul capitol sunt studiate sursele de radiaţie optică şi parametrii acestora. Al doilea capitol este dedicat metodei de măsurare a caracteristicilor spectrale optice ale diodelor cu spectrometru de înaltă rezoluţie şi metodei de prelucrare a datelor digitale obţinute experimental.

In the project, was studied the main characteristics of radiation sources (laser diodes, injection lasers) and emission of radiation from the semiconductor volume. In the first chapter, was studied the sources of optical radiation and their parameters. The second chapter is devoted to a technique for measuring the optical spectral characteristics of diodes on high-resolution spectrometers and the method for processing digital data obtained experimentally.

В работе рассмотрены основные характеристики источников излучения (лазерных диодов, инжекционных лазеров) и вывод излучения из объема полупроводника. В первой главе рассмотрены источники оптического излучения и их параметры. Вторая глава посвящена методике измерения оптических спектральных характеристик диодов на спектрометрах высокого разрешения и методике обработки цифровых данных полученных на эксперименте.
