dc.description.abstract | Invenţia se referă la industria uleiului şi a grăsimilor, şi anume la un procedeu de stabilizare a uleiurilor vegetale. Procedeul, conform invenţiei, include administrarea în uleiul de floarea-soarelui sau de porumb, sau de nuci, sau de seminţe de struguri a unui extract liposolubil de cătină albă sau de păducel, sau de măceşe, în cantitate de 0,5...10% vol., până la un conţinut total de carotenoide de 25...250 mg/L, totodată extractul liposolubil este obţinut prin uscarea convectivă a materiei prime, măcinarea acesteia, amestecarea materiei prime măcinate cu ulei, extracţia componentelor bioactive prin ultra-sonare cu agitare, separarea extractului liposolubil de faza solidă prin centrifugare cu filtrare ulterioară. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | The invention relates to the fat and oil industry, namely to a method for stabilizing vegetable oils. The method, according to the invention, comprises the introduction into sunflower or corn oil, or walnut oil, or 10% by vol., upgrapeseed oil of a fat-soluble extract of sea buckthorn or hawthorn, or rose hips in an amount of 0.5 250 mg/L, atthe same time the fat-soluble extract is obtained by convective dryingto a total carotenoid content of 25 of raw material, grinding thereof, mixing of the ground raw material with oil, ultrasonic extraction of bioactive components with stirring, separation of the fat-soluble extract from the solid phase by centrifugation with subsequent filtration. | en_US |
