dc.description.abstract Underfloor heating is a great way to keep your home warm. With underfloor heating, the home will be able to retain heat much better and require less energy to maintain warmth. Underfloor heating is generally far more efficient than oldfashioned radiators and consequently more cost-effective in regards to utility bills. The systems can be installed on the ground floor, semi-basement and / or floors, in new or refurbished houses. There are two main types of underfloor heating systems: hot-water systems, and electric systems. Hydronic systems is the most efficient solution for home heating.
