dc.description.abstract	The paper proposes a new device for remote healthcare. This device is intended for elderly patients with cardiovascular disease who are living alone. The advantage of the device is that it can be used 24/7. The device has simple and understandable interface. The design of the device is based on two modern technologies, they are modern infocommunication technologies of LTE networks and technologies of flexible electronics. Also, this device can be used for remote healthcare during the COVID-19 pandemic.	en_US
