Abstract:
Rehabilitation of historical buildings in the municipality of Chisinau and other localities of the Republic of Moldova is possible to organize efficiently only on the basis of good practices of the European Union. An example for engineers and valuers in the field of construction are the practices and achievements in Romania.
The aim of the research is to analyse the experience and examination of good practices in the rehabilitation of historical buildings of architectural value in the municipality Bucharest. In order to achieve the aim, the following tasks were formulated and carried out in this article: 1. Express inspection of the buildings in the Historic Centre of Bucharest; 2. The study of the Municipal Restoration Programme of the historical monument buildings and of the buildings located in architectural ensembles and protected built-up areas on the territory of the Municipality of Bucharest; 3. Analysis of the budget for the rehabilitation of historical buildings of the Municipal Administration for the Consolidation of Buildings with Seismic Risk; 4. Study of financing opportunities for the rehabilitation of historic buildings in Bucharest; 5. Drawing conclusions on best practices for the rehabilitation of historic buildings with architectural value.
