"Time Management-ul" în domeniul industriei automotive pe exemplul ”SE BORDNETZE” S.R.L.

Abstract

În lucrarea dată de master, a fost abordat conceptul de „Time Management” și toate principiile aferente acestuia, prin prisma activității întreprinderii de producere „SE BORDNETZE” S.R.L. Respectiv, pentru aprofundarea în noțiunile și teoriile de bază în domeniul „Time Managementului”, în cadrul capitolului întâi, a fost pusă baza teoretică a conceptuilui dat, fiind analizat din perspectiva apariției și evoluției acestuia pe parcursul anilor, importanței care o are asupra activității întreprinderii, modul de rulare a proceselor legate de managementul timpului, cât și din aspectul instrumentelor și tehnicilor concrete de „Time Management” în activitatea întreprinderilor de manufacturing.

This paper analyzes the issue of change management.The causes and factors that influence the necessity of continuous improvement are defined. Among them are the organizational problems of continuous improvement and the stages of continuous improvement. The object of continuous improvement does not exclude the need for improvement management, on the contrary, the management of the improvement is an effective way of responding adequately to the need for improvement through the use of different management models and well-structured processes. It is shown that the successes in the companies are when changes are made and new processes are implemented that help the company develop.
