Utilizarea instrumentelor TIC în promovarea serviciilor electronice

Abstract

Actualitatea temei alese pentru teza de masterat constă în necesitatea oferirii unor produse digitale mai bune în era tehnologiilor informaționale. Tema tezei se axează în special pe platformele web care oferă servicii pentru studenți și poate fi replicată pe orice alt tip de platformă pentru servicii. Structura tezei: este organizată în patru capitole, incluzând adnotare, introducere, capitole, concluzie, resurse bibliografice și anexe.

Scopul lucrării: oferirea unei alternative mai bune a platformei web de servicii pentru studenți prin intermediul instrumentelor TIC și aplicarea principiilor de proiectare UI/UX design.

Obiectivele lucrării:

Studierea metodelor actuale de prezentare a serviciilor pentru studenți.

Analiza situației actuale a platformei de oferire a serviciilor pentru studenți din cadrul UTM.

Prezentarea principiilor de proiectare UI/UX design a unei platforme.

Propuneri de îmbunătățire a metodei de comunicare privind serviciile pentru studenți

The topicality of the chosen topic for the master's thesis consists in the need to offer better digital products in the era of information technologies. The theme of the thesis focuses mainly on web platforms that provide services for students and can be replicated on any other type of service platform.

Thesis structure: it is organized in four chapters, including annotation, introduction, chapters, conclusion, bibliographic resources and annexes.

The aim: to provide a better alternative to the student services web platform through ICT tools and to apply the principles of UI / UX design.

Objectives:

Studying current methods of presenting services to students.

Analysis of the current situation of the service delivery platform for students within TUM. Presentation of the principles of UI / UX design design of a platform.

Proposals to improve the communication method on student services.

Research results: new concept for designing the social.utm.md website based on the research performed.
