Rolul cadrului normativ în managementul dispozitivelor medicale

Abstract

Scopul lucrării: cercetarea cadrului normativ în domeniul managementului dispozitivelor medicale.

Obiectivele generale – analiza aprofundată bibliografică a domeniului cercetat.

Domeniul de cercetare –constituie aspecte teoretice, implementarea, dezvoltarea și argumentarea cadrului normativ în domeniul dispozitivelor medicale.

Originalitate ştiinţifică – descrierea principiilor de reglementare, de dezvoltare, de finanțare a autorității.

Teza cuprinde în sine introducere, patru capitole, concluzii şi bibliografie.

Capitolul I se referă la principiile unei bunei practici de reglementare, gestionare adecvată a produselor medicale și sisteme cuprinzătoare de reglementare.

Capitolul II se referă la implementarea și dezvoltarea sistemelor naționale de reglementare.

Capitolul III se referă la finanțarea autorității de reglementare.

Capitolul IV se referă la abordarea progresivă a reglementării dispozitivelor medicale, puncte forte şi slabe.

În concluzie se remarcă că scopul principal al proiectului este atins, se remarcă gradul de pregătire, valoarea și semnificația proiectului, sarcini realizate.

Purpose: consists of delivering safe and quality medical services with the help of reliable, high-performance and efficient medical devices

General objectives: bibliographic analysis of the researched field, economic evaluation of the project

Research field: are theoretical aspects, implementation, development and argumentation of the regulatory framework in the field of medical devices

Scientific originality: description of the principles of regulation, development, financing of the authority, strengths and weaknesses of the project.

Thesis contains an introduction, four chapters, conclusion and a bibliography list.

Chapter onedeals with the principles of good regulatory practice, proper management of medical devices and comprehensive regulatory systems.

The second chapterdeals with the implementation and development of national regulatory systems

The third chapterdeals with the financing of the regulatory authority

The fourth chapterdeals with the progressive approach to the regulation of medical devices, strengths and weaknesses.

In conclusion it is stated that the main purpose of the project was attained, the complete description of the competency and the readiness of the real-life realization of the project is given, as well as the value and significance of it are stated along with the project’s achieved objectives.
