Studiu privind transportul rutier de pasageri prin servicii regulate şi perfecţionarea rutelor regulate de pasageri deservite de către SA BTA-28 Călăraşi

Abstract

Obiectivul principal al tezei este organizarea rutelor de transport rutier de pasageri în trafic raional Călăraşi prin stabilirea unui echilibru între dezvoltarea economică pe de o parte şi cerinţele de calitate şi siguranţă pe de cealaltă parte. Scopul cercetării este concretizat prin următoarele obiective: - Studiu documentelor şi normele de funcţionare a transportului rutier de pasageri şi bagaje în RM; - Studiu rutelor de transport rutier de pasageri prin servicii regulate ale întreprinderii S.A. Baza de Transport Auto 28 Călăraşi; - Studiu situaţiei financiare ale întreprinderii; - Studierea procesului de transport rutier de pasageri prin servicii regulate la întreprindere; - Studierea politicii şi contravenţiilor în domeniul transportului rutier de pasageri din RM; - Studierea cererii de pasageri şi dezvoltării economice a raionului Călăraşi; - Organizarea rutelor de transport rutier de pasageri în trafic raional Călăraşi; - Efectuarea calculului indicatorilor economici şi financiari ai proiectului de organizare a rutelor de transport rutier în trafic raional Călăraşi. Valuarea teoretică a tezei o reprezintă posibilitate de de a studia condiţiile şi normele de funcţionare a transportului rutier de pasageri în Republica Moldova. Valoarea practică a tezei este determinată de posibilitatea aplicării normelor, legilor şi politicilor din domeniul transportului rutier de pasageri în viguare în vederea organizării rutelor de transport rutier noi şi calculării indicatorilor tehnico-explotaţionali şi fananciari ai procesului de transport.

The main objective of the thesis is the organization of road passenger transport routes in Calar asi district traffic by establishing a balance between economic development on the one hand and quality and safety requirements on the other hand. The purpose of the research is to achieve the following objectives: - Study of the documents and the norms of operation of the road transport of passengers and lug gage in the Republic of Moldova; - Study of road passenger transport routes through regular services of the company S.A. Car Transport Base 28 Calarasi; - Study of the financial situation of the enterprise; - Studying the process of road passenger transport through regular services at the company; - Studying the policy and contraventions in the field of road passenger transport in the Republic of Moldova; - Studying passenger demand and economic development of Calarasi district; - Organization of road passenger transport routes in Calarasi district traffic; - Carrying out the calculation of the economic and financial indicators of the project for organiz ing the road transport routes in Călăraşi district traffic. The theoretical evaluation of the thesis is the possibility to study the conditions and norms of operation of road passenger transport in the Republic of Moldova. The practical value of the thesis is determined by the possibility of applying the rules, laws and policies in the field of road passenger transport in force in order to organize new road transport routes and calculate the technical-operational and fanatical indicators of the transport process.
