dc.description.abstract | Time micro-relays and an optoelectronic switch based on Me-Ag3AsS3-Me(In), Ag2S-Ag3AsS3-Me(In) structures possesses the volt-ampere characteristics of S- and N-type. The Ag2S-Ag3AsS3-Me(In) structure can be used as optoelectronic pressure sensor with the sensibility of 0-20kg/cm2 and commutation time 0 – 60s at an applied voltage value of 100 – 60V. The devices possess an S-type volt-ampere characteristic for direct voltage and N-type for indirect voltage of 1-4V value and commutation retain time value about 0-220s. The devices’ parameters can be controlled by guiding the contacts’ manufacturing process. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | Micro-releele de timp şi comutator optoelectronic pe baza structurilor Me-Ag3AsS3-Me(In), Ag2S-Ag3AsS3-Me(In) posedă caracteristici volt-amperice de tip-S şi N. Structura Ag2S-Ag3AsS3-Me(In) poate fi utilizată ca senzor optoelectronic de presiune cu sensibilitate la presiunea 0-20 kg/cm2 şi timpul de comutaţie 0 – 60s la o tensiune aplicată 60 –100 V. Dispozitivele posedă caracteristica volt-amper de tip-S în cazul aplicării tensiunii directe şi de tip-N - pentru tensiunea indirectă, cu valorile 1-4V şi timpul de întârziere a comutaţiei 0-220s. Parametrii dispozitivelor pot fi dirijaţi prin tehnologia formării contactelor. | en_US |
