Analiza și mentenanța sistemului informațional de măsurare și evidență a consumului de agent termic

Abstract

Teza de masterat abordează problemele legate de sistemul informațional imperfect care este folosit în momentul defață și care poate fi îmbunătățit prin implimentarea a contoarelor de tip nou Multical 603 și a stistemului anti-scurgere NEPTUN. La formarea studiului caracteristic temei, s-a studiat situația actuală pe plan național și s-au întreprins măsuri de soluționare prin intermediul, implicării a unor noi posibilități moderne de a contoriza energia termică. Implementarea unui nou sistem informațional în domeniul termic de stat în baza intreprinderii de ,,Termoelectrica’’ S.A ne va permite de a spori gradul e electrosecuritate al statului Republica Moldova. Funcționarea instalațiilor rețelei termice devine mai complexă şi necesită introducerea de noi soluții şi sisteme inteligente pentru asigurarea intereselor de securitate, economicitate și eficiență .

The implementation of a new informational system in the state thermal field based on the company "Termoelectrica" S.A. will allow us to increase the level of electrical security of the Republic of Moldova. The operation of the thermal network installations becomes more complex and requires the introduction of new solutions and intelligent systems to ensure the interests of security, economy and efficiency. The master's thesis addresses the problems related to the imperfect information system that is used at the moment and that can be improved by implementing the new Multical 603 meters and the NEPTUN anti-leakage system. When forming the characteristic study of the theme, the current situation at the national level was studied and solution measures were undertaken through the involvement of new modern possibilities to meter thermal energy.
