The feasibility of investments and argumentation of economic efficiency in the cultivation of white buckthorn by applying different planting schemes in the Republic of Moldova

Abstract

The branch of sea buckthorn production is a promising sector for the Republic of Moldova, it is part of the fruit-growing sector and is a component of high-value agriculture. An important role in the article is the analysis of investment budgets for the establishment of sea buckthorn with the application of different technologies (planting schemes), the analysis of the economic efficiency of the cultivation of sea buckthorn with the application of different planting densities. Based on the research and analysis carried out, conclusions were formulated for the sustainable development of the white buckthorn branch necessary for the implementation by the actors of the value chains in the sector and especially for the agricultural producers.

Ramura producției de cătină albă este un sector de perspectivă pentru Republica Moldova, face parte din sectorul pomicol și este o parte componentă a agriculturii de mare valoare. Un rol important în articol îl reprezintă analiza bugetelor de investiții pentru înființarea cătinii albe cu aplicarea diferitelor tehnologii (scheme de plantare), analiza eficienței economice a cultivării cătinii albe cu aplicarea diferitelor densități de plantare. În baza cercetărilor și analizelor efectuate au fost formulate concluzii pentru dezvoltarea durabilă a ramurii de cătină albă necesară implementării de către actorii lanțurilor valorice din sector și în special pentru producătorii agricoli.
