dc.description.abstract Invenţia se referă la tehnologia de producere a materialelor nanostructurate, în special la procedee de obţinere a nanomembranei perforate de Au. Procedeul, conform invenţiei, include depunerea electrochimică în regim de impuls pe un substrat de n-GaAs a unui film de Au, la temperatura camerei, timp de 2 min şi anodizarea, la temperatura camerei, cu aplicarea tensiunii de 4 V, cu detaşarea ulterioară a filmului de Au, şi obţinerea nanomembranei perforate de Au. en_US
dc.description.abstract Изобретение относится к технологии производства наноструктурированных материалов, в частности к способам получения перфорированной наномембраны из Au. Способ, согласно изобретению, включает импульсное электрохимическое осаждение на подложку n-GaAs пленки Au, при комнатной температуре, в течение 2 мин и анодирование, при комнатной температуре, с приложением напряжения 4 В, с последующим отрывом пленки Au и получением перфорированной наномембраны Au. en_US
dc.description.abstract The invention relates to the nanostructured materials production technology, in particular to methods for producing metal nanostructured membranes. The method, according to the invention, comprises the electrochemical deposition in a pulsed mode on an n-GaAs substrate of an Au film, at room temperature, for 2 min and anodization, at room temperature, with the application of a voltage of 4 V, with subsequent detachment of the Au film and obtaining of a perforated Au nanomembrane. en_US
