| dc.description.abstract | Avermectin complex of Streptomyces Avermytilis UKM AC-2179 (Named Avercom) showed the high nematicidal activity against plants parasitic nematodes Meloidogyne incognita in the in vitro system: LD50 is 2,0 mkg/mlin 30 min. Abundance of plants parasitic nematodes in spring at wheat rhizosphere decreased in the presence of avercom and Streptomyces avermitilis by 90 and 93% respectively. For the first time, it was established, that plants’ growth regulators (emistim C and biolan) intensify avercom nematicidal action | en_US |
