dc.description.abstract	International food trade, and foreign travel, is increasing, bringing important social and economic benefits. Many norms are elaborated to ensure food hygiene and should be used in conjunction with each specific code of hygienic practice, where appropriate, and with the guidelines of physicchemical and microbiological criteria.
