dc.description.abstract In this paper we present the possibility for nanostructuring of InP using an electrolyte based on aqueous solution of NaCl. A classical grow of columnar pores was obtained. In particular it was observed that there is no difference in the pore morphologies and the mechanisms of pore formation in case of NaCl electrolyte in comparison with HCl based solution. This environmentally-friendly electrolyte can be used for further exploration of pore formation in InP and related compounds. en_US
