dc.description.abstract The invention relates to biotechnology, namely to a process for cultivating Spirulina platensis cyanobacterium and can be used for producing raw materials for the development and manufacture of drugs with anticancer and immunomodulatory action. According to the invention, the process for cultivating Spirulina platensis cyanobacterium comprises cultivation of cyanobacterium on a nutrient medium, containing, g/L: NaNO3-2,5; NaHCO3-8.0; NaCI-1.0; K2SO4-1.0; Na2HPO4- 0.2; MgS04.7H2O-0.2, H3BO3-0.00286; MnCl2.4H2O-0.00181; CuSO4.5H2O-0.00008; MoO3-0. 000015, FeEDTA 1.0 ml/L and distilled water the rest, at a temperature of 30-32C, pH 8.0-10.0 and illumination of 37-55 µM photons/m2 /s in continuous regime, for 6 days, at the same time silver nanoparticles in a polyethylene glycol shell of a size of up to 5 nm, in a concentration of 0.10-0.12 µM/L are added into the nutrient medium on the fifth day of cultivation. The technical result consists in reducing the content of malondialdehyde in the spirulina biomass. en_US
