dc.description.abstract | Rezultatul invenţiei constă în asigurarea selectivităţii fotoreceptorului la radiaţia ultravioletă pentru subdomeniile spectrului optic A, B, C în funcţie de compoziţia stratului MgxZn1-xO prin crearea unui gradient al benzii interzise de cel puţin 3*105 eV/cm în regiunea activă a detectorului. Invenția constă în depunerea din soluții chimice (spin coating sau aerosol) pe un suport de Si a unui film de absorbţie Zn1-xMgxO, absorbţie fiind depus un film transparent de Zn1- x1Mgx1O cu valoarea x, care asigură o bandă energetică mai mare cu cel puţin 0.1 eV faţă de cea a filmului de absorbţie. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | The invention consists in ensuring the selectivity of the photoreceptor to ultraviolet radiation for the subdomains of the optical spectrum A, B, C depending on the composition of the MgxZn1-xO layer by creating a bandgap gradient of at least 3*105 eV/cm in the active region of the detector. The invention consists in the deposition of chemical solutions (spin coating or aerosol) on Si support of an absorption film Zn1-xMgxO, with transparent film of Zn1-xMgxO with x, which ensures an energy band at least 0.1 eV higher than that of the absorption film. | en_US |
