Învăţământul superior din Republica Moldova: provocări și tendințe

Abstract

Astăzi când unele aspecte ale vieții revendică reforme, altele se schimbă datorită inovațiilor din diverse domenii, învățământul superior din Republica Moldova este pus în fața unor provocări dar și tendințe de dezvoltare. Astfel, fie prin reforme sau prin inovare se optează pentru schimbare. Dacă reforma este impusă de sus în jos și are de la început un grad mare de generalitate, atunci inovarea poate pleca de jos în sus, de la nivelul unei instituții de învățământ, colectiv didactic, cercetători, parteneri în problematica educației.

În acest sens, rolul universității este de a crea un sistem educațional coerent, dar flexibil, care să genereze cunoaștere, să permită integrarea ei funcțională în structurile sociale, prin calitatea învățării de a învăța, a motivației personalității - formată cu accent pe valori morale - importanță decisivă în procesul schimbării.

Today, when some aspects of life demand reforms, others change due to innovations in various fields, higher education in the Republic of Moldova is faced with challenges and development trends. Thus, either through reforms or through innovation, one opts for change. If the reform is imposed from the central level - from top to bottom - and has a high degree of generality from the beginning, then innovation can start from the level of an educational institution, teaching staff, researchers, partners in the issue of education - from the bottom up.

In this sense, at present, the role of the university is to create a coherent but flexible system that generates knowledge and allows its functional integration into social structures, through the quality of learning to learn, of personality motivation - formed with an emphasis on values morals, have a decisive importance in the process of change.
