Perspectivele pieței imobiliare din Republica Moldova din punct de vedere al atractivității investiționale

Abstract

Scopul acestei lucrări este de a analiza atractivitatea pieței imobiliare din Republica Moldova din punct de vedere al investițiilor luând în considerare tendințele actuale ale pieței, factorii care influențează prețurile imobiliare și perspectivele de creștere viitoare. Obiectivele acestei lucrări sunt multiple și cuprind: 1. Analiza cadrului normativ legislativ ce țin de investițiile imobiliare în Republica Moldova; 2. Evaluarea factorilor care influențează atractivitatea investițională în piața imobiliară; 3. Dezvoltarea urbană și potențialul de creștere a valorii proprietăților imobiliare; 4. Analiza indicatorilor statistici privind investițiile imobiliare în Republica Moldova; 5. Analiza oportunităților și riscurilor asociate investițiilor imobiliare în Republica Moldova; 6. Analiza eficienții economice a companiei de construcție ,,Regata Imobiliare” SRL.

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the attractiveness of the real estate market in the Republic of Moldova from the investment point of view, taking into account current market trends, factors influencing real estate prices and future growth prospects. The objectives of this paper are multiple and include: 1. the analysis of the legislative framework related to real estate investments in the Republic of Moldova; 2. the evaluation of the factors that influence investment attractiveness in the real estate market; 3. the urban development and the potential to increase the value of real estate properties; 4. the analysis of statistical indicators regarding real estate investments in the Republic of Moldova; 5. the analysis of opportunities and risks associated with real estate investments in the Republic of Moldova; 6. the analysis of the economic efficiency of the construction company "Regata Imobiliare" SRL.
