Abstract:
The article refers to the usage of information technology for quality control of the production process beverages from coffee beans. The coffee equipment is presented and extraction principle of the percolation method is described and highlights the influence of environmental factors on the quality of the finished product are highlighted. The STATISTICA software is used for quality control. Because of data processing of the measured parameters, the correlation coefficients of the mass and flow rate in terms of the atmospheric moisture were determined. It was observed that changing environment determines the quality of raw materials and production process parameters need to be adjusted in order to decrease the deviation.
