Abstract

Acest articol reflectă problemele cu care se confruntă bibliograful în descrierea, aprecierea, sistematizarea și editarea bibliografiilor. În articol se face îndemn la respectarea normelor ortografice ale limbii române în scrierea și transliterarea numelor și prenumelor autorilor. În felul acesta se pune accentul pe lipsa unui sistem lingvistic unitar în viața academică, politică și socială din Republica Moldova.

This article reflects the problems facing the bibliographer in describing, evaluating, structuring and publishing bibliographies. The article calls for the observance of spelling of the Romanian language when writing and transliteration of names and surnames of authors. Thus, the absence of a single language system in the academic, social and political life of the Republic of Moldova is emphasized.

Cet article reflète les difficultés rencontrées par bibliographe dans la description, l'évaluation, la structuration et la publication de bibliographies. L'article appelle à la mise en oeuvre de l'orthographe de la langue roumaine lors de l'écriture et de translittération des noms et prénoms des auteurs. Ainsi, il met en évidence l'absence d'un système de langue unique dans la vie scolaire, sociale et politique de la République de Moldova.

Эта статья отражает проблемы, стоящие перед библиографом в описании, оценке, структурировании и издании библиографий. Статья призывает к соблюдению орфографии румынского языка при написании и транслитерации имён и фамилий авторов. Таким образом, подчеркивается отсутствие единой языковой системы в академической, социальной и политической жизни Республики Молдова.
