Dezvoltarea managementului costurilor la întreprinderile sectorului tehnologiilor informaţionale şi comunicaţiilor

Abstract

Obiectivele cercetării: studierea conceptului de management al costurilor prin prisma evolutivă; studierea conceptelor asociate managementului costurilor; studierea componentelor sistemelor de costuri moderne și a cerințelor față de sistemele manageriale de costuri; studierea sintagmei TIC, a conținutului activităților în sector și concretizarea definirii sectorului TIC; studierea impactului sectorului TIC asupra economiei R. Moldova; studierea structurii cheltuielilor operaționale în sectorul TIC în general și a industriei TI în particular; studierea managementului costurilor în cadrul întreprinderilor din industriile sectorului TIC și identificarea direcțiilor de perfecționare a managementului costurilor; elaborarea metodologiei de implementare a sistemului managerial de costuri și validarea acestuia în industria de producere a softurilor la cerința clienților.

The objectives of the research: studying the concept of cost management through evolutionary perspective; studying concepts associated with cost management; studying components of modern cost systems and requirements for cost management systems; studying the ICT syntax, the content of the activities in the sector and the definition of the ICT sector; studying the impact of the ICT sector on the Moldovan economy; studying the structure of operational expenditure in the ICT sector in general and in the IT industry in particular; studying the cost management within ICT enterprises and identifying cost management improvement directions; elaboration of the methodology for implementation of the cost management system and its validation in the client-oriented software activities.

Задачи исследования: Изучение концепции управления затратами в эволюционной перспективе; изучение концепций, связанных с менеджментом затрат; изучение составляющих современных систем затрат и требований к системам управления затратами; изучение синтаксиса ИКТ, содержания деятельности в секторе и определение сектора ИКТ; изучение влияния сектора ИКТ на экономику Молдовы; изучение структуры операционных расходов в секторе ИКТ в целом, и в ИТ-индустрии в частности; изучение систем управления затратами на предприятиях отрасли ИКТ и определение направлений совершенствования систем; разработка методологии внедрения системы управления затратами и ее апробирование в деятельности по разработке программного обеспечения по требованию клиентов.
