Management policy of long-term material assets of the enterprise: content and stages of development

Abstract

It is described the content of the management policy of long-term material assets of modern enterprise. There are specified the features of long-term material assets, their advantages and disadvantages. It is presented the sequence and the stages of policy formation from the viewpoint of ensuring the effective use of long-term material assets. It is given the characteristic and it is revealed the content of the main stages of the formation of the management policy of the company‘s long-term material assets. It is noted the role and the sequence of the retrospective analysis of long-term material assets. There are specified the sources of financing the material assets and are revealed the basic methods of optimization of their structure. It is noted the role and methods of planning in ensuring sustainable growth in the profitability of long-term material assets. It is emphasized the expediency of using the method of simulation. The basis of this method is the scenario approach, which is realized with the help of a set of mathematical methods, special simulating computer programs and programming technologies.
