dc.description.abstract | Solvato-thermal method is used synthesize nanoparticles and other solid substances in a closed system (autoclave), using the organic compounds as dissolvent, at high temperatures. Using this method and varying the synthetic conditions, for example: the molar ratio of surfactants, temperature, we can obtain various types of nanomaterials: nanofire, nanoboxes. In this paper, we bring out the comparative study of thermoelectric properties of nano – PbTe and bulk crystals. | en_US |
