| dc.description.abstract | The article describes the current situation of road maintenance and synthesis of proposed solutions in road maintenance system reform as part of Transport and Logistics Strategy for 2013-2022. This reform primarily provides: reorganization by merging of 35 joint stock companies and 3 state enterprises into 12 road maintenance joint stock companies and assigning of the maintenance areas; implementation of modern maintenance; execution of works based on multiannual contracts. Implementation of the reform will significantly enhance the road maintenance system in Moldova. | en_US |
