Management of educational activity - an important factor in quality assurance

Abstract

The management of the educational activity in the educational institution, consists in various school activities, in which the pedagogue achieves his objectives with mastery, forming the students' planned competencies.The teaching staff, together with the achievement of the main objectives - the education and training of the young generations, is responsible for quality assurance, a fact highlighted by the Methodology for the evaluation of General Education Institutions. Therefore, an internal commission is formed for the purpose of internal evaluation, focused on the correspondence of the quality level, related to the standards in force, where the results of the educational process are evaluated.Thus, it confirms the importance of the educational activity of the pedagogue, his responsibility and in order to obtain efficient results, the managerial function is also necessary. Where it needs to lead with competence and efficiency the educational-instructive activity.

Managementul activităţii educaționale în instituția de învățământ, constă în diverse activităţi școlare, în care pedagogul își realisează obiectivele cu măiestrie, formând elevilor competențele planificate.Personalul didactic, odată cu realizarea obiectivelor principale - educarea și pregătirea tinerelor generaţii, este responsabil de asigurarea calității, fapt evidențiat de Metodologia de evaluare a Instituțiilor de învățământ General. De aceea, este formată o comisie internă în scopul evaluării interne, axate pe corespunderea nivelului de calitate, raportat la standardele în vigoare, unde se evaluează rezultatele procesului educational.Astfel, se confirmă importanța activității educaționale a pedagogului, responsabilitatea acestuia. Iar pentru a obtine rezultate eficiente, este necesară accentuarea funcţiei managerială, în vederea asigurării calității și eficienţei activității educativ-instructivă.
