Abstract

Currently , the relevant standards established emphasizes the applicability of new forms of activity customs , border control , gradual liberalization of trade in goods and services , free movement of labor , reduction of customs duties , technical barriers and non-tariff abolition of quantitative restrictions and harmonization of legislation RM and states in the European integration process in the EU acquis . Specifics of customs activity and transformation processes through which the customs system of Moldova, and other countries, their commitments assumed in the European integration process , the process of unifying customs legislation serve as an environment for the elimination of impediments to bringing it to European standards.
