Determinarea numărului de vizite pentru lucrările de mentenanță

Abstract

In this paper, the problems of planning the volume of works of technical service stations and current repair of motor vehicles are addressed, using the theory of mass servicing. The proposed model, of the flow of requests (addressings) at the technical service stations and current repair of motor vehicles, takes into account the character of their distribution according to the type of service and the characteristics of the work stations.

În prezenta lucrare sunt abordate problemele planificării volumului lucrărilor staţiilor de deservire tehnică şi reparaţie curentă a autovehiculelor, folosind teoria deservirii în masă. Modelul propus, al fluxului cererilor (adresărilor) la staţiile de deservire tehnică şi reparaţie curentă a autovehiculelor, ţine cont de caracterul distribuirii lor după tipul de deservire şi caracteristica posturilor de lucru.
